We want you to love your Rothy’s, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print or Scan

  Download your prepaid shipping label to print at home, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off at a designated Happy Returns location.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Pack your items in their original box and drop them off at your chosen carrier; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
